We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and flexible team player to join our bookstore as a sales associate and cashier. This role is about more than just ringing up books — it’s about creating a welcoming environment and helping customers feel at home.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and respectful way
- Handle sales, returns, and payments at the register
- Suggest book recommendations or direct customers to what they’re looking for
- Keep the front area tidy and inviting
- Help with other store tasks during quieter hours (inventory, organizing shelves, labeling, etc.)
Must be...
- Friendly and personable — someone who makes others feel good
- a Team player who’s willing to jump into different tasks when needed
- Fluent in English and some conversational Hebrew
- Responsible and reliable with good attention to detail
- Comfortable dressing according to the sensibilities of the religious community.
Nice to have
- Some Retail or Bookstore experience
- Fluent in Hebrew
- Passion for books or Jewish Learning
- Familiarities with cash registers or POS systems
