Mary Ann Beavis

Mary Ann Beavis is a Canadian scholar with a focus on New Testament studies and Christian Origins. She is a Professor of Religion and Culture at St. Thomas More College, the University of Saskatchewan, where she has been a faculty member since 1988. Beavis has authored and edited several books and numerous articles in her field, contributing significantly to biblical studies and feminist theology. Her research interests also include the Christian apocrypha and the reception of the Bible in contemporary culture.
