Shaul Magid

Shaul Magid is a professor of Jewish Studies at Dartmouth College and a former professor of Religious Studies and the Jay and Jeanie Schottenstein Chair in Jewish Studies at Indiana University Bloomington. He has authored several books and numerous articles on Jewish thought and modern Judaism, focusing on Hasidism, Kabbalah, and American Judaism. His research interests also include Jewish mysticism and modern Jewish philosophy, making him a prominent scholar in these fields.
