Richard E Boyatzis

Richard E. Boyatzis is a distinguished professor of organizational behavior, psychology, and cognitive science at Case Western Reserve University. He is best known for his groundbreaking research in emotional intelligence, behavior change, and competence. Boyatzis has authored more than 150 articles and books on leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational change.
