Reuven P. Bulka

Reuven P. Bulka was a prominent Canadian rabbi, psychologist, and author, known for his extensive work in the community and his contributions to discussions on psychology and religion. Born in 1944, Rabbi Bulka received his rabbinical ordination from the Rabbi Jacob Joseph Rabbinical Seminary in New York and later earned a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Ottawa. He served as the rabbi of Congregation Machzikei Hadas in Ottawa for over 50 years and was deeply involved in interfaith dialogue and community service, earning him widespread respect and numerous awards.
