Ken Follett

Ken Follett is a Welsh author known for his thrilling historical novels which have gained international acclaim. He was born on June 5, 1949, in Cardiff, Wales. Follett hit the bestseller lists with his first novel, 'Eye of the Needle' (1978), a spy story set during the Second World War. Ken Follett has since written numerous popular and critically acclaimed novels, including the 'Pillars of the Earth' series which has been particularly successful and focuses on the development of medieval England through the lens of historical fiction.
