Rabbi Yitzchak Magriso (18th century) was another key contributor to the Me'am Lo'ez series, continuing the work after the death of Rabbi Yaakov Culi. He was also a noted scholar in Constantinople and dedicated much of his life to the study and teaching of Jewish texts. Rabbi Magriso's contributions to the Me'am Lo'ez are marked by a deep commitment to making Jewish learning accessible and relevant to the daily lives of his contemporaries.
