Ira Bedzow

Ira Bedzow is the Director of the Biomedical Ethics and Humanities Program at New York Medical College. His work combines elements of philosophy, ethics, and comparative religion, focusing particularly on Jewish thought and moral philosophy. Bedzow has authored several books and articles that explore ethical issues in medicine, the philosophy of religion, and Jewish law. He holds a PhD in Religion from Emory University, where he studied under the mentorship of renowned scholars in the field of religious ethics and law.
